Our Beef
are 100% grass fed and GRASS FINISHED. They are born on the farm and raised in a very calm and gentle environment, with a lot of love. They roam freely with continual access to clean drinking water, dry ground and shade. The lack of stress and rotational grazing technique (11 plus variety of forages) during their entire life time allows the meat to attain a higher quality and tenderness than the meat from cattle that are in adverse conditions, transported often and handled in a rough fashion. 100% grass-fed and grass finished beef will contain less saturated fat, higher in omega 3s, vitamins A&E, antioxidants.
